The guest speaker at this month’s First Friday is Peter Redstone from Barefoot Thinking who will be talking about Creative Thinking.

In 1987, with his artist wife, Suzanne, Peter started the UK's first organic ice cream enterprise - Rocombe Farm Fresh Ice Cream. Early pioneers in the organic food movement, they sold the company to Yeo Valley in 2000. Peter continued in the business until Dec 2005.
